A commitment to building an anti-racist, diverse, equitable, & inclusive business.
At Midnight Studio, my mission is to encourage people to express their true, authentic selves through art and creativity. I am committed to working towards a world where
everyone feels safe to be who they truly are. I have signed the Anti-Racist Small Business Pledge and am actively investing in and working to build an equitable, inclusive, anti-racist company from the inside out. I acknowledge systemic racism exists, I believe that Black Lives matter and I do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation in any and all aspects of my business.
My Pledge
+ I will invest in my anti-racism education, and my team’s education in the future.
+ I will create a diverse and inclusive community, allow conflict, welcome discussion, and ensure my communities are moderated to protect marginalized people.
+ I will invest in the Black community through hiring employees, contractors and more.
If you run a small business and are interested in taking this pledge or learning more, please visit https://helloseven.co/townhall-2/ to watch the town hall and learn about how to actively commit to making progress in the fight for racial justice and equality.
